YOU NEED A WEBSITE TO COPE WITH MODERN BUSINESS.
if you don't have your own website for your business, it's almost as
if you do not exist. Recent studies have found that people are more
likely to look up a business online than in the Yellow Pages or other
traditional "old-school" ways. If someone searches for your business
and they don't find you, chances are they will turn to a business they
do find and you will lose customers. You pay a lot of money on
traditional advertising for a huge number of people even though very
few of them may be interested in your products. Internet advertising
is different, it is targeted. Everyone who visits your web site is
there because he has specific interest in your product or service.
Getting and building a website has become much easier than it used to
be. In fact, if all you need is a simple website where people can get
basic information about your product and contact information, you have
no excuse for not building a website yourself. Many options exist
online for the novice to put together a professional-looking website.
They are inexpensive and easy to use. The first thing you have to do
is come up with a domain name for your website. That's what people
will type into the address bar to find you. Come up with something
that is easy to remember. Don't be too cute; you want people to find
you and know how to spell your website name. Make sure it relates to
your business. Go to any domain search and type in the possibilities;
it'll tell you whether it's available or not. Building your website
can be easier than coming up with a name for it---once you know
exactly what you want your website to do. How many pages do you want
and what will each page need? Do you want people to be able to
purchase something from your website? You must consider these things
before you begin building your website. Once you know what you want
and need on your website, then you can go look for sites that can
offer you everything you want. Don't opt for the free hosting sites;
you want your site to be free of annoying pop ups and banners that are
not related to your business. Look for the free website development
sites allow you to develop a website, then charge a nominal web
hosting fee. These websites are customizable, down to text and
pictures and are extremely simple to put together. The websites can
have blog links or PayPal payment choices and most have hundreds of
layout choices so you can avoid having your website look like your
competitors'. You also can have the option of setting up an on-line
store, but that will likely cost an addition monthly fee, usually
starting at less than $9.00 per month. One site, for example, charges
$9.95 per month to sell up to 500 items and above. And if you really
don't trust yourself to make your own website, then by all means, hire
someone to do it for you. Just remember, if you have a business and
you want people to know you are out there, get on the web.
DREAMS MEAN NOTHING
Foolish people are deceived by vain hopes and dreams get them all
excited. A person who pays any attention at all to dreams is like
someone who tries to catch shadows or chase the wind. What you see in
the dreams is no more less than the reflection of your face in the
mirror. What is unreal can no more produce something real than what is
dirty can produce what is clean. Dreams, omens and divination are all
nonsense. You see in them only what you want to see in them. Unless
the most high has sent you the dreams, do not pay attention to them.
Dreams have misled so many people; they put their faith in them, only
to end up being disappointed. The law is complete without such
falsehood. Wisdom as spoken by the righteous is complete without it.

STEPS IN WRITING A FINAL YEAR PROJECT THESIS.
The idea of writing a thesis is probably one of the most daunting
tasks that you are likely to undertake in your life. The thesis will
test your ability to focus constantly over a long period of time and
your dedication to a particular subject or topic. So how do you write
a thesis? This brief article will look at some of the important
factors that need to be addressed whilst you write the thesis. Perhaps
the most crucial element to starting a thesis is planning. The task of
writing a thesis is such an incredibly complex project that if you do
not take the time to properly thing about the problem and how best to
address it, you may find that you waste a lot of time later on trying
to make sense of your work. It is a good idea to write a hypothesis or
a statement that relates to the key questions in your thesis. You also
might want to construct a brief plan of the entire thesis that aims to
demonstrate visually what the issues and problems are, what research
this relates to and then link together the relevant arguments and
conclusions. It can also be very useful to develop a sensible
timetable for the completion of the entire thesis. So for example you
might plan to complete a literature review in the first month or two
and then plan to research and write the first chapter over the next
few months. You definitely need to plan for and focus on a completion
date. Obviously this will probably be several years ahead, but it will
help to reduce the chances of distraction from the main task and also
help to keep your focus. When it actually comes to writing the thesis
you will find that you will be at your most productive when you have
broken down the project in to much smaller and manageable parts. To
think about the completion of the entire thesis is daunting and
difficult to comprehend by itself. Instead initially break it down
into chapters and then individual paragraphs and sub-sections. By
doing this the work will not appear to be monotonous and never-ending.
Your productivity levels will soar. It is also useful to try to write
in uninterrupted time blocks. Try not worry too much about the factual
accuracy of your writing or the spelling and grammar. The aim
initially should be to construct and write the basic argument. Once
this is complete, you can begin to edit the thesis and correct any
errors. As you write your thesis you will undoubtedly collect and
produce a huge amount of information that relates to the overall
project. With this in mind, it is good practice to develop good habits
at the very beginning. You should create a simple filing system so
that you can easily retrieve relevant information quickly and easily.
Equally important is to record the title, author and location of all
the books, articles, websites, etc. that you use to develop the
thesis. If you create your bibliography as you go, you will be saving
yourself a big problem later on. Finally, it cannot be stressed enough
to always back up your work. Even the newest computer is capable of
losing your work and so it is essential that you make several copies
of your thesis and the related research. You should keep copies of the
thesis on computers, cd, usb stick and also print a hard copy to
ensure that you avoid any nasty surprises.
THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN THOUGHTS ON CHARACTER.
reasonable to come in out of the rain, turn the heat on when it's
cold, and slip into our pants before putting shoes on. How is it that
we can have such consensus but can't seem to come together on other
things that have to do with how we get along, or that could
potentially ruin health, the Earth, or put us at war? Television,
radio, and Internet blogs teem with animated debate about immigration,
taxation, terrorism, nuclear proliferation, racism, social security,
healing methods, diet programs, sex offender punishment, socialized
medicine, profiling, religion, education, abortion, and free trade.
Last evening as I tried to listen through the cacophony of four people
on a television panel screaming like a mini version of the chaos on
the stock exchange floor, I thought about what a wonder it is that we
humans ever agree on anything. Nevertheless, there is no controversy
about the rules of arithmetic, the correct formula for determining an
unknown angle in a triangle, the value of pi, the atomic makeup of a
water molecule, the organ responsible for pumping blood, or the thrust
needed to get a satellite of known weight into orbit. Our agreement on
such matters cuts across cultures, borders, languages, and political
ideologies. We are one world, one people, and one mind on many
matters. Why can we agree that candy is sweet but are ready to kill
one another over ideas on politics and what God says? Why the
universal schizophrenia? Quite simply, on the one hand, as to whether
sugar is sweet, we let evidence and reason lead. On the other hand,
with politics, religion, social, economic, and environmental issues we
think beliefs come first and tend to use reason and evidence only to
the extent that they support these beliefs. Consider the world's
agreement on the science of math. We approach it with an open mind,
use reason, apply experience, demand evidence, and change our formulas
if the facts demand. There is so much world accord on arithmetic,
geometry, and calculus that they have become common property for
humanity. From earliest childhood we are taught to respect the rules
of mathematics because of their logic, evidence, and proofs. We could
neither pass school nor function in society without acceding to their
truths. With social, political, and religious matters, the cry is for
freedom to believe whatever we like without regard for proofs,
consistency with logic, or evidence. We are free to shoot arrows of
belief in walls, paint bull's-eyes around them, and pretend we have
hit the mark of truth. Thus the world is filled to the brim with every
sort of cockamamie idea. We have even come to believe tolerance and
broadmindedness about such flakiness is like an ethical and
intellectual badge of honor. But our insistence on the world's right
to a vastitude of ignorance and stupidity threatens to hurtle us over
the precipice. Thinking, not belief, must come first. Unproven beliefs
are adopted because they may be popular, make us feel secure, or
because we're urged by some authority to adopt them. The soft things
of the mind and heart, such as desire, will, trust, passion,
convenience, herd instinct, ego, and prejudice become sufficient to
hammer such beliefs into the intellect, making them well-nigh
unassailable. We vote a certain way because that's the way our parents
voted, take any pill a doctor tells us to, eat processed foods because
the label says they're healthy, and enter the race for money because
society leads us to believe that's where happiness lies. Why on earth
are we so intellectually sloppy where it matters most? Why would we
buttress a belief that could result in life or death, health or
illness, on things as flimsy as "That's what somebody told me," or "It
makes me feel good"? The answer—it should be embarrassing to admit—is
our desire for the sense of security and belonging we felt as infants;
a euphoric state of comfort we never really forget or recover from.
When we are young all the rules are laid out for us, answers are
simple, and our every need is someone else's responsibility. But
that's not how grownups should behave. There are consequences for
nursing on our latent desire to return to the swaddled and carefree
security of our parent's bosom. We cannot simply trust the pabulum we
are told as adults or lock away the ideas we were spoon fed as
children. We may grow up in the respect that we assume the
responsibility for our material needs by getting educated and landing
a job. But even then we tend to regress by trying to make our employer
and government our mom and dad by lobbying them to secure us with
benefits, subsidies, entitlements, and other guarantees. We demand
independence, freedom, and the right to take ownership of material
things, but we resist exercising the independence and freedom of our
own minds by doing the hard work of earning what we put there. We want
someone else to tell us what is right or wrong, grace or sin. We want
our moms and dads back. There is a constant tension between taking
full responsibility for our thoughts and actions, and our lingering
desire to return to the womb. When faced with the hard trials and
questions of life, we naturally long for the knowns we had as
children. Children panic if there is an instant of insecurity or
uncertainty. But retaining the knowns given to us by our parents is to
let them live our lives for us. That's fine when we are children, but
as adults we must test those known as well as any others that society
offers up. True knowledge and the security of certainty can only be
owned if earned. True peace with ourselves can only come from bravely
reaching within to find out who we are, and then acknowledging and
living in accord with the honesty we find there. Clearly, we are
capable of finding truths and agreeing on them. It is therefore not
pollyannish to think the world can be one on all the important matters
that affect our lives. The world's consensus on math, science and
other mundane matters proves that. The fantastic (peaceful) advances
of the modern world owe their existence to the power of putting
thinking first. By applying the same thinking process to the issues
that divide us, hope, not disaster and hopelessness, can be our lot.

MY PRETTY LOVE.
One nice pretty that I love
Alas! She doesn’t even love me
But my cup overflows with her love
My mind’s unrest all day
Until she returns my love.
Am confused within my direction
Counting my losses each day
In my quest to be loved and cared for
Prayer’s not enough to gain my heart
Can action acted actively catch this for me?
I wonder what happens afterward
If I die unloved by her
Even though my love’s still in her
Hidden inside her heart
Yet to be unveiled.
Why waste a lot time my own
When you know that am owed by you?
And must be paid back
A bundle of unreturned love
Bound to relax in my bosom.
The other day I waited for you
In that valley behind your bungalow
But surprised to be thwarted
Of course we have a future
Together, shall we get there?
Only when you believe in me
That we be happier that never before.
Countless countenance of yours
Makes me meticulously mad
While am ever ready to embrace you.
Music relieves me when I think it
But for how long shall I continue this way?
Am short of strategies
For I have applied all
Oh! It’s too hard like no other.
In literature, it’s called heartbreak.
Especially when there’s no break
To halt the quest for the feeling
Am finished but I’ve not finished
In the hot race for ownership.
No rule outlines the scheme of doing this
Evidently, intrinsic in man
Devoid of formal training
But only flows swiftly in it’s instant
When nobody is there to explain it.
It appeared as negligence
When I was disappointed after many advances
Still she insisted permanence
And most of all pure reverence of her womanhood
In her deals with any man.
What a virtuous woman?
A rare gift to the women’s world!
With no enough adjective to describe
Is it her physique or the contours
That has any comparison on the globe?
She waits tolerantly for the precise time
For the unification of her heart
With the right person at the right place
That is right and she has the right to think so
Certainly am greatly acquainted with it.
HIS LIFE ON EARTH.
The man had life changing dreams
But he was unarmed
With the elements of destruction aside,
Yet triumphed through the trivial rigors.
He kept the path straight
That which leads to his destiny
And vision so bright too,
In a bid to make the mum proud.
Unwittingly, the dad smiles along
Little changes weren’t enough
Because he dreamt so big
Hoping to accomplish much.
Regardless of the circumstances
Never remembered by his mates.
All on their paths so mean
Vulnerably uncared for.
Though born with golden spoons
With buttered and cheesed bread.
Through rough and rigid terrain
Amongst the strong and the feeble afloat
Flexible as though unaffected
By the fast flowing wind with no bearing
Stood stiff amidst the tornados
Aware of the glory thereafter.
He sat morbid like one mourning in the morning
Even when he is making waves
He has hope for help in heaven
After all someone is in-charge.
Because it’s not yet His time
To arise and calm the turbulent zephyr
Which the most potent is capable of.

THE SHORTEST PATH TO SUCCESS.
The shortest track to survival is the most uncertainty on this earth. One may wonder why so many people leave this world half or unfilled yet they had a thousand and one beautiful dreams while alive. It is not sometimes that they never made attempt in fulfilling those dreams but the problem is the track they followed in doing so. Then, it makes me think on the viable way, means or track one can follow so as to make one's dreams realizable. At a point I came to understand three major reasons why people often fail the assignments of life. A list of these three reasons is what I tried to present in a hierarchical order of their importance here.
What matters most on this earth as long as the life's race is concerned are;
1.Whom you know,
2.Who knows you and finally
3.What you know.
The rapt understanding and valuation of these three issues is enough to eliminate illusions in a mean person's mind and help him in the life's journey, therefore making it smoother than others'.
Capitalizing on these three tracks alone does not guarantee one to the road to perfect success. Other finer and smoother paths abounds. Among them are:
4. Where you are and as well
5. How you are
Elucidating the aforementioned tracks, one has to be careful not to undermine any of them.
On the subject of who you know, it has to do with the number of persons you have come across and perfectly associated yourself with. The caliber of these great or less a number of persons counts a lot. It may interest you to know that one single good head is better than a thousand dummies.
On the other hand who knows you also counts a great deal. You may have come across so many people but what matters more is do they consequently know you? Can these people recognize you when they see you perhaps when you are no longer with them for some time?
In short the best way is for someone to at times try to make good things happen so that people will watch it and get to recognize one from there.

CHARACTER ASSASSINATION
Character is, according to psychologists, the mode of behavior of an individual in the society. It is the behavioral feature of a person. It is what constitutes a person in the physical realm. It is an outward protrusion of the inward reaction in a person’s mind.
But to sociologist on the other hand, character is the sociological make up of an individual in the society. It also portrays the psychological make up of any given individual. It is simply the personality of a person. It can also be referred to as the image of an individual.
DAMAGE OF A PERSON’S CHARATCER
A person’s character can be ruined without his knowledge. This is often called an invisible murder. Someone’s character can be damaged through so many ways. It can be damaged through lies against the truth being told by a person. When a person is belied while saying the truth and most of all the belier goes ahead spreading the news of the antagonist’s suspected lies, it injures the person inwardly. Consequently, such injury, if it can be healed, is not easily healed. Character assassinated this way is like a feather spread during harmattan season which spreads over a wide area and makes it difficult to be recollected. Character can also be damaged through gossip. Gossiping is very bad. It makes a living being a walking dead man.
Character could also be ruined by malice and hatred. It is sordid to experience hatred especially when it ensues among family members, between two intimate friends. These set of people know themselves very well that one can easily tell an outsider what can be done to eliminate his/her fellow. It deletes a person’s image in a society. Character assassination destroys a person’s reputation.

SUCCESS
Success is a park that leads to a whole journey to conditional survival. It is fairly a function of the struggle to succeed. This means that one's success is determined by his contribution to his endeavor. The bible records it that success is simply by chance.God gives success to whom he wills in His own appointed time.Nevertheless it does not warrant that human beings should be lazy as it concerns their quest for survival.Man has to buckle up so as achieve the best he could. He mustn't be satisfied always because of the success achieved any time.He will have to be disturbed perennially by the inadequacies of what he thinks is successful to him.He must have to poise for the greater good he deserves.Success means crossing the horizon of failure.

THE ROLE OF THE YOUTH IN THE REBRANDING NIGERIA PROJECT.
This project is like a fight.A fight comparable to that of the fight for independence. Our forefathers fought for independence and won it.But now the problem is not the oppressions experienced by our people during the colonial era because of the fight for independence but ways of sustaining the sovereignty of the country.
Re branding Nigeria is not an easy project but it is possible because we can achieve it.All we need to do first is to understand the core meaning of the concept very well.
But we must understand that this project cannot be feasible if certain grades of citizens like the youth, the teachers, the commuter drivers and their conductors, doctors and nurses, students in the university, market women, traders in the market etc.
The youth comprises the young men and women whose age is between 15-30 years. They are the engine house of the development of any country. They are the no-do-withous in the governance of the country. They are the driving force of the economy of our nation.Nigeria as a nation cannot undergo complete re branding without the youth. The youth contributes about 60% of the gross domestic product (GDP)of this nation. Also about 65% of the working population of the country is made up of the youth. So,attention must be paid to their activities more than any other interest group
As much as possible, young people should not be allowed to roam the streets joblessly. To avoid this, one of those reasons why youngsters are oftenm found in the streets is the incessant strike action among teachers in the federation. The federal government should make effort to see that teachers in the primary,post-primary and tertiary institutions are paid as at when due.To control youth's involvement in political thuggery, government should provide them with gainful employment avoid them being idle during electoral periods. To curtail youth's choice of motor park touting, government has to reform the road transport sector of the economy so as to maintain effective management in our motor parks. The youth should be well oriented so as to understand that migration to foreign lands cannot do us any reasonable good. They should understand that their limitless effort in Nation building especially in terms of industrialization is not neglected. They should change their mind set as regards their perceptions about the events in the country.Even mere citing of the prophetic stanzas contained in our national anthem reminds us the youth that the labour of our leaders past shall never be in vain if only we can change our mind and attitude. And also if only we can change our mind set towards our nation. All hands must be on the deck.Until these things are done, the re branding Nigeria project will always appear to the world like a mirage. It will come to futility.

STUDYING PHYSICS IN A UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE ?
The question as to whether these courses should be studied in universities of agriculture should not arise. This is because agricultural science students need these courses to help prepare them well for in debt understanding of their courses.
A pure agricultural scientist as a scientist makes use of those scientific methods in production and research which natural scientists such as a Physicist also use.Taking these two courses; Physics and Agriculture, both are related in very many ways.Physics has contributed much to agricultural development.Areas where they are related includes the following:
There is an area in Physics called soil physics otherwise called agrophysics. This area studies the physical properties of the soil.It studies the effects of the physical variables such as temperature, pressure, humidity etc. on soil culture.
With emphasis on the state and the transport of soil matter such as water, energy and even nutrients in the soil.
The sud discipline to this is the soil mechanics. It undertakes the to study the process of determining the soil properties such as the water holding capacity, soil aeration bulk density, soil permeability, shear strength, soil pressure, soil texture, soil temperature etc.
Advancement in areas of Physics are used to improve the methods of planting, harvesting ,preservation, processing and storage of agricultural products.
Therefore as we can see now from this little treatise that questioning the existence of a Physics department in a university of agriculture is a step in the wrong direction. You can even attest to that.

UNFORGIVING SPIRIT:THE WORST ENEMY.
However that is not always the case owing to the fact that nobody born of a woman is perfect except Jesus Christ. As long as human beings breadth we must at times offend each other.Anyway this does not mean that we have to live reckless lives just because we have a reason to justify our misgivings. The holy book of God records it that nobody is a righteous, not even one.
We must learn to let go whatever be the bad feelings we develop from the unraisable behavior of our neighbors.Christ in his pilgrim life on earth set before his followers new testament rules that outweighs the old Mosaic law of tit for tat. He therefore urged His followers the Christians to be averagely peaceful in their life they live.He told them to return good for evil, water for fire, cold for heat instead of the opposites. When His disciples engaged Him with argument of the umber of times one can be offended before he recoils to retaliate. In His answer to their questions He told them that if anyone can pile up the sins of his neighbor up to seventy times seventy times then the person can retaliate.
Going by statistics it is not practically possible for one to continue piling up the wrong deeds of the other till it reaches up to that number. So the best thing to do in the very first place is just to forgive in the spirit of love. In another instance He was asked what His reaction would be like if someone walks up tom Him and unleashes a dirty slap on His face.He then finalized His teachings on forgiveness by charging then to show the next cheek. In our human reasoning moral theology say's if anyone slaps you instead of showing the next cheek,a better thing to do is just to leave the person and the place and run away. But in cases where the antagonist is not even ready to let the run then a decision of returning a harassing slap could be perfectly taken... to be continued latter.

ALL HOPE NOT LOST.
When patience is the last resort
And friends despised and forsaken you
At such times when faith is tested
In trials and tribulations abound
All hope's not lost.
When everyone seems to be against you
Your best friend became your greatest enemy
Failure has become your vision
And poverty your only song
When peace is far from your domain
All hope's not lost.
When hunger is your chocolate
and thirst a daily event
Borrowing makes you sorrow
And trust scarce in your dictionary
All hope's not lost.
When all goals turns to dreams
Sleeplessness an ailment
Dusk and dawn lengthens
Church becomes your home
Problem seems unsolved
All Hope's not lost.
When temptation a regular visitor
Troubles are passers- by
Peacefulness of mind a see- it- once
And walls falling on you.
When it seems nobody cares
All hope's not lost.
